Hi guys/gals.

Last six months I have been feeling very lightheaded and tired. Im a young teen male who has never been a good sleeper. I have achy joints and Im scared. These symptoms are also accompanied by oral thrush.

Do you know what this could be?

This is seriously starting to scare me...and I also have a cough which comes back every week or so for a day and then goes. My symptoms ease with exersize and I generaly feel more awake at night.

Please help.

Thanks.

  • please, please help me. I always experience unsteadiness whenever am in a public place. .....for example, i cannot stand in front of church or any public place. I always feel like am going to fall. I have to hold on to something or somebody, whatever is close. This happens every time am in public, its very embarrassing. And makes me feel very strange in public. I have never fallen in public because i pretend and hold to something or somebody everytime am in front of people.I am not diabetic. And am sure it's not inner hearing infection because i have no problem hearing, or any pain in my ear or anything to do with my ear. Please, please help me.

  • Mutua,Start your own post with your symptoms--sounds like ear trouble so have an ENT check you out. Bob,Get some blood work and go see a doctor. It could be a number of things. Your lungs need a checkup, too. Make sure you study nutrition and eat good things. You could have an entire body yeast infection.

Lack of sleep can cause you to be light headed, at one time I rarely slept due in part to Anxiety, I would only sleep 2 nights out of 7. I was constantly light headed and the lack of sleep ruined my immune system, we need sleep especially if you are young. Also if I do not sleep I get this funny dry cough and tickle, and achy muscles and joints.Exercise often helps as my Dr said it removes the lactic acidbuilt up in the body which is normally removed during GOOD SLEEP.Find out WHY you are not sleeping and sort this out first and see if this helps, good luck,Ian

  • Monsterlove, YOU MUST BE A DOCTOR OR SOMETHING! TANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO REPLAY TO MY POST. I REALLY APPRECIATE. YOU TOLD ME TO WRITE DOWN MY SYMPTOMS, ACTUALLY, ITS KIND WEIRED BECAUSE I HAVE NO SPECIFIC SYMPTOMS TO WRITE DOWN, BUT I CAN EXPLAIN WHAT I NORMALLY FEEL. AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, THIS FEELING OF UNSTEADINESS OR POOR BALANCE OCCURS MOSTLY WHEN AM IN PUBLIC, OR IN A CROUDED AREA LIKE CHURCH, COLLAGE ETC...IT COMES FROM MY HEAD, FEELING LIKE AM "SPINNING" FROM INSIDE MY HEAD, DIZZINESS, BUT NOT IN AN VERY INTENSE WAY. AND NOT TOO MUCH OR TOO STRONG TO MAKE ME FALL OR LOOSE BALANCE INSTANTLY, JUST LITTLE FEELING OF UNSTEADINESS. THATS ALL I CAN EXPLAIN. I NORMALLY COPE WITH THIS SITUATION BY HOLDING TO SOMEBODY OR SOMETHING OR SITTING DOWN. ITS VERY FRASTRATING, I CAN'T STAND INFRONT OF PEOPLE TO GIVE SPEECH, OR EVEN SING IN A CHOIR BECAUSE I KNOW I WOULD BE ACTING STRANGE TRYING TO SUSTAIN MY SELF UP OR KEEP BALANCE. KINDLY GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU THINK CAN HELP ME IF YOU CAN.GOD BLESSStart your own post with your symptoms--sounds like ear trouble so have an ENT check you out.
