I am 43 years young and have been sick for about 2 years now....My symptoms include acute constipation or diarrehea, dizziness, extreme fatigue, light headedness, symptoms of Hypoglycemia, extreme thirst, frequent urination even when dehydrated, occasional heart palpatations, irritablity....My doctor has basically said I have IBS and anxiety...
I have experienced with a gluten free diet aswell as a dairy free one to help control the IBS.....However I still have the above symtoms and I am desperate to try and figure this out....My symptoms have greatly affecte dmy day to day life as I may feel decently well one minute and then quite poorly the next.....I have had to quit playing baseball and softball and have resorted tobeing a couch potato... I am trying to figure out what could cause Hypoglycemia and cause me to be dehydrated...I have stopped drinking alcohol as well...If I do have a drink I will have a hangover in the morning from just one beer.....Any ideas????
