can anyone help?

Here are my symptoms:
Chronic ear infections as a child
Chronic jaw/tooth infections - many extractions
Now Chronic sinus infections

No Severe Allergies
Had no anti-bodies to strep-pneumos but recent vaccination changed that
Sphenoid sinus surgery 10/11 (this one is in the center of the brain)
Constantly infected since then

Currently:
chronic skull-base pain
chronic pain around eyes & center of head
morning stiffness
severe joint pain, lots of different joints randomly
mental fog
iritability and low mood
-after I had surgery and 2nd antibiotic this went away for awhile
hives on lips
constant low grade fever
fever & pain spikes after eating (trying an elimination diet)
fatigue

Test Results:
no immune deficiency, was able to mount antibodies after vaccine
ANA 1:640 but not enough symptoms or blood markers to indicate RA or
Lupus
White count is high was very low
No meningitis, had spinal tap

Feel terrible can't get up, can't walk sometimes, feel like I am dying some days. Any ideas? I am now eating all organic, trying to pinpoint foods that make me worse, taking an antibiotic, motrin, vicodin, low dose steroids. What is going on? help please
