Over the last few months these symptoms have got worse and worse and are now driving me mad - left arm a lot/right arm a little/both legs a little/sometimes - veins dilate one side only and it hurts more and more. wake up in morning with both calves hurting a bit, arm pain comes on mid morning lasts maybe an hour, wears off, starts again. The dilation of the veins is extreme. I have a long term undiagnosed problem, maybe autoimmune disease. I saw a cardiologist 4 weeks ago, he said I did not seem to have a heart problem or arterial disease, but there was something wrong with my veins, he didn't know what. I asked him about the dilated veins, he said if it was on only one side it would be serious - well, it's mostly on one side, but also on both. He asked me if I had had phlebitis, or HRT therapy, and I said no to both. I looked on the internet for dilated veins but all I can find is varicose which these are not. I do have Raynaud's since I was young. Thanks for your attention, good luck to you all.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
