I'm 29 years old. It all started with a lump like feeling in throat. Then it progressed to a choking like sensation. It feels like there is a lot of pressure going around in neck. Now something new has come up, I cannot lie down or put any pressure on my head at all. It feels like there is some pressure around my head. I also experienced burning like sensations around my neck. When I touch the back of my near or on my occipital nerve, there is some pain. Other symptoms if I lie on my head include stiffness in both my arms(feels like poor circulation), skin that creases easily(a lot of creases), extremely dry mouth and throat(still with that pressure), tightness around teeth, rapid heart beats upon waking up and eyes feel dry and tight. It's been going for a week and a half.
I've been to numerous doctors. Blood work came out good except during the complete blood count. Polys were a bit high (not sure what that is) and one of my doctors mentioned something about an infection, but he wasn't too sure. I had an mri on my neck w/wo contrast and that came back negative. I not sure if both are related, but that pressure around my throat and neck have been constant now instead of being on and off. I really cannot lie down at all or put pressure on my head at all. If I do if feels like i'm triggering something bad. Please let me know who do I see now. I feel like my body is slowly deteriorating. Thanks for hearing my story.
