My 72 year old grandmother presented 5 days ago with abdominal pain and diarreha, fatigue. Prior no health issues (suffers from chronic COPD but otherwise healthy). The ER sent her home twice, indicating her bloodwork was normal, finally the third time admitted her. During the week she's had acute sudden onset of tremors in left arm, twitches in mouth, droopy eye, and now cannot speak. MRI, CT ,Brain Scan, chest xray, and bloodword showed nothing. We are pushing for a Spinal Tap and MRA and to be transported to The Mayo clinic. The Neurologist has ruled out stroke. Adivant seems to help and her tremors dissapear when she is asleep. Tremors are getting worse and she is extremely uncomfortable and agitated. Vitals have been good but we feel she is deteriorating overall. Please HELP!!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
