I'm a 22 yr old Male that was serving in the U.S. Army. A year ago I suffered traumatic chest injury resulting in cracking my ribs and a mild case of pneumonia. Towards the end of recovery (5 weeks) I started experiencing moderate to severe chest pains (majority of the time stabbing but also experience throbbing) as well as moderate to severe headaches (frontal lobe). Going into the 6th week started experiencing tingling and numbness in upper extremities (arms and hands), dizziness, light headed, nausea, and began experiencing episodes of syncope. I experienced 5 episodes of syncope in 2 weeks and was admitted into the hospital.

After 5 days in the hospital the second Echo discovered Left Ventricle Non Compaction Cardio-myiopathy. I was discharged and referred to the University of Michigan for Cardiology. Throughout the next 6 months more symptoms became evident and the others increased in intensity and frequency. The chest pain and headaches were 24/7, I started seeing speckles in my vision, troubles with depth perception, difficulty sleeping and eating, nose bleeds, and coughing up blood, as well as a few more episodes of syncope. After intense testing, as well as months of at home rhythm monitoring the doctors at U of M concluded that the symptoms are non-cardiac related and the believe its a problem with my autonomic nervous system. Any suggestions or help regarding an answer to the symptoms and the onset of them would be great. Below is a list of medication as well as test that have been done.
