I am 15 years old.
i am very atheletic - professionally actually - and, well, really quite skinny.
i havent had my period in 7 months. i had it for the first time 7 months ago for 3 days with no pain or cramps like any of my friends who started their periods years ago.
i have read about primary amenorrhea and other disorders but they all tell me that it only happens to girls who've never had their period before... but i have.
its been bugging me for a while..
so pls pls pls help me

Please, follow a strict gluten free diet. Get a ***g quai and take it for 3 months.Love,Maureen

That can stop someone from getting periods. Due to that... one cant say if you have an actual health issue stopping them. (be aware that exercising too much and being underweight enough to stop a period, isnt a healthy state to be in).

This is common for long distance runners, and the fix for it is to increase your caloric intake. A long distance runner or swimmer(female) will burn 3000 calories a day or higher depending on the distance they swim/run. This is especially true if you don't eat much red meat for iron.
