Hi,I'm 20.I have developed gastric pain due to large intervals between meals as I don't get the chance or time at college.This gets worse in the early morning due to the gap between dinner at night(8 pm) & breakfast(7.30am).Everyday,I wake up with terrible pain in the upper abdominal area.What do I do?
