I've been feeling horrible for a while now and I think I might be really sick. I've been having stomach problems for a month or so and actually threw up yesterday. Also problems with food for a while now. I get hungry but it's hard for me to actually stomach the food and get it down. I've been trying to eat breakfest and drink more water but not really helping. I'm also extremely weak and get faint very easily. Things like driving stress me out. I just chalked it up to anxiety. I also have experienced some mild constipation and diharreha. The biggest change is my sleep. I can not sleep anymore I used to sleep through the night, now I can't. I also had a yeast infection I have treated with Monistat cream. No abnormal discharge just major itch. Please help if any of this rings a bell to you. Thank you.

  • I suggest trying Slippery Elm. It is a herb. You should be able to get it from health food stores (depending where you live).Have a healthy diet of natural unprocessed foods. Include salads and fresh fruit, and all the other natural healthy foods you can think of.Continue trying to drink more water.Eating breakfast is good also.
