I think i have post traumatic stress. A long time ago I went out for a cigarette and i lost control of all body function but I was still aware of what was going on after like 30 secs i came to, it happened a couple times after that. I quit but now since i don't know why that happened and never heard of it happening to anyone else before i am very scared....I need to know why this happened....

  • Well,''chicken little''would have to blame this on electrical things,as she does everything else in case you're new to this forum and don't already know about her.

  • Your message was very confusing because you said that you ''came to'' as if you had been unconscious. Why have you attempted suicide?''

  • Your message was very confusing because you said that you ''came to'' as if you had been unconscious. Why have you attempted suicide?''came to i mean that when i was losing the control of my body i finally came to where my body wasn't losing that control anymore.. after about i'm guessing 30 seconds but it could of been longer. I had an incident when i was at the bus stop near my high school and i lit up a cig and after the first 2 drags i was losing that control and fell to the ground and scratched my arms and some nice guy ran over to help me up and asked me if i was alright but i was embarrased at the time and walked away like a zombie..so whatever this was was real not anything in my head like everyone is telling me. I would like to show people what happened so they would believe me but i'm too afraid to do it cause i might not come back from it.The whole attemting suicide is that i have developed post traumatic stress from it a lot of things trigger that moment and i start to have those same feelings and it is very scary and i feel like its going to happen all day. That feeling of fear everyday has put me into deep depression and of not knowing why that happened. I think if i knew why that happened or heard from anyone who can relate to it it would save my life.

  • Your rambling is a bit hard to follow, but I think I understand that you think you have PTSD,but I'm not sure why you think that.Nevertheless, let's talk about depression. It always looks hopeless when you're really down, but that isn't the case.Your reaching out to ''us'' here shows that you want help.Remember that suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem. Are you on antidepressants? If not,you need to be and now!If you are, they're clearly not working too well and should be changed. It 's not necessary to obsess about what happened to you that time.It is necessary for you to see a doctor as soon as possible to start treatment for this.I'm sorry that you're feeling this way,but please don't hurt yourself.O.K.?
