i am only 18 but what I am experincing is real. Okay.. heres my story.
It started in May of last year...I had just the weirdest pain I could think of in my stomach/pelvic/back. So I thought to myself, I must be getting my period cause I hadn't have one for five months due to pcos. Guess what...nothing came... and the pain just stayed. So, it continuously got worse month by month without a period until August of 2007...is when I couldn't take it anymore. I had severe vomitting and obviously I was rushed to the hospital. I stayed for four days and the only dianogis they could tell me was 'I don't know'. Because we had no money to pay for my hospital stay...they literally dragged me out when I was still in pain. So september, october, november....it got worse and worse each month...all I was told then it was just an infection or its just menstrual. I am like...I hadn't have my period since dec.06 so how could you say it is menstrual? so dec of 2007...i came in for the same reason...the pain in my stomach/pelvic and back. so this weird doctor decided to take my blood and check it out. she said i had absolutely no female hormones and my red blood cell count was low, my liver levels were high. so she said it was just pcos and said every symtom i was feeling was due to no hormones. I am like, horomnes makes you tired...makes you be in so much pain??? so i was given the pill to have periods again. the moment i took the pill, the pain intensifyed and there was nothing I could do. so i got my period again. it was so painful that i missed 3 weeks of school. Then the next month came...even more painful. The next month....more painful....the next month...even more painful. What I have noticed when I was on the pill is that when its a week or 2 before my period starts, I would bleed out of my rear end....I wonder if thats normal. It looks like somebody slashed an artey. Also, I got excuriating leg pain from the pill. so i took myself off cause i couldnt bear another period..guess what, even without the pill, i got my thing....it was the worst one yet. But, if any of you know or recognize these symtoms please tell because i'm in canada and i am going to see a doctor very soon. thanks!:)
