Hi, my healthy 2 year-old son started having very high fever last sunday, by monday his gums were all swollen, almost bleeding. Yesterday at the doctor's office they gave him some antibiotic, took a blood culture and today has some diarrhea, but the doctor has no idea what it could be. He doesn't have any other symptoms at all, only high fever (104.6F) and the swollen gums. Also he has stopped eating because of the pain in his mouth. Any ideas anyone?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
