Heatstroke/increased sensitivity to heat

Hi, I'm not sure of this is the correct section but I wasn't sure where it would fit in..

Basically I'm wondering if there's a medical conditon, or at least a medical term of referring to someone who has an increased risk of suffering from heat stroke? Or the elevated risk could be a symptom of another condition which has an effect on body heat regulation?
