Heat intolerance/Fatigue

I've had a variety of symptoms for awhile that I can't seem to get to the bottom of, and today it seemed to peak, and I was wondering if anyone had any answers.

Some of the symptoms I've been experiencing
-Extreme thirst
-Muscle soreness
-Sensitivity to heat
-Loss of appetite
-Constantly feeling lightheaded- like I haven't eaten anything- even if I just ate like an hour so so ago
-Some nauses
-On and off bouts of diarrea and conspitation

Today I was in the library, looking for some books, and started getting really hot. The heat was on in the library (its in about the 50s-60s around here outside), but everyone seemed to be pretty comfortable, but suddenly I started getting really, really hot. I even took off my sweatshirt, so I was just wearing short sleeves, but still I was feeling so flushed, hot I almost felt like I was going to pass out. I had to leave and was driving home and suddenly was feeling really nauseas and even more lightheaded, like I really needed to eat. I wasn't hungry at all, I was actually really full, but I had that feeling you get when you havent eaten.

On and off for a while I've had the "hot" feeling, and also was very frequently thirsty and tired. I had my blood and urine tested a few months ago for diabetes and thryroid conditions, but all came back negative. Lately, I've also been even more tired, when I wake up, during the middle of the day. I constantly feel like I need to eat/drink stuff, to keep my energy up, even though I am hardly ever hungry.

Anyone have any input on what these symptoms could all be. Just for some general info, I'm a 23 yr old female, definitely not pregnant. I was thinking maybe it could be some type of adrenal fatigue, but there is still some mystery if thats a real ailment and/or possible to diagnosis, and I am not sure if thats what it is or not.
