Hello new here and i have a problem that my doctor nor my cardiology's can't figure out hopping some one here can help me out.

Well I'm a 24yr old Male with no medical problems up until last november i started to feel small sharp pains on my chest where the heart is located. it has been now 6 months and i still have the sharp pains on my chest at random times on and off. I figured out my blood pressure was high so the doctor has prescribed me medication for that.

But thats not all from November till now i have also been having sharp pains on my left arm around my shoulder area and by my wrist there also random and are on and off. Some times i feel chest paint with arm pains and shoulder pains all at the same time for couple minutes and some times i only feel the chest or just my arm. its random and some dizziness and sum neck painsits hard to explain i been to a cardiology's and to the ER several times and every one says I'm fine no sings of a heart attack.

But this last 3 weeks i started to feel small numbness on my lower left cheek at random times of course and don't know what is going on. the ER says is not heart related and assure me that i will not have a heart attack at 24 but its hard to think that when you have symptoms of a heart attack.

Family are saying its all in my head and I'm staring to think is true, but its hart because i know what i feel so its hard to think that its all mental. Also friends are saying it might be a muscle thing that i might have a pinch nerve or some thing like that don't know if that might be true.

Any one have any ideas on what might be going on with me ?
