Just recently I was finally able to get over a strange virus-like cold that lasted well over two months. During the last couple of weeks of this virus, a strange pain in my side began to occur and my doctor told me that it was a kidney infection. After two rounds of antibiotics, the pain is still there, making me want to think that its not a kiney infection at all.
It is painful to touch and sleeping on that side is simply out of the question. Simple everyday movements could stop me dead in my tracks.
Along with this, I've started to really notice some strange hearing troubles. I knew there was something off with my hearing for a couple of years now, but it seems to have progressed over the past year and I find more and more that I have to get people to repeat everything they say to me. Thing is, as long as there aren't any background noises (a t.v., other people talking, music, etc.) I can hear just fine. I'm too young, being only 18, to have most age-related hearing loss, so this too, remains undiagnosed.
Any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
