constant headache, exaserbated by any bending or exursion, chills and night sweats, fatigue, headache is sometimes like lightning bolts, spacy occasional falling. Have had CAT SCAN, MRI,MRI with contrast, MRA, VENO scan, Spinal tap. Currently on neurontin 1800mg per day 500mg depakote, previously was on topomax, stopped and replaced with depekote. Also take flonase, astelin.

  • Sorry you are in so much pain and with no answers. The chills and night sweats should be concerning to your doctors- they should be actively looking for something. Have they checked you thoroughly for infections (TB, HIV, Ebstein Barr, Mono, etc) and cancers (lymphomas, leukemia, etc)? Is your white blood count okay? Do you have a fever?If it were "just" the headaches and fatigue, I would suggest something like an autoimmune encephalopathy, such as Hashomito's Encephalopathy, but I don't think this would cause chills and night sweats, though.I am sorry you are going through this. I would keep searching for a doctor who can figure it out, even though it is probably exhausting to do so given your symptoms.Best Wishes.
