I have had a constant headache since shortly after I stopped nursing my then 16 month old twins. They are now three and I have found little to no relief. I was under the care of a neurologist for a little over a year(he just kept changing meds and nothing seemed to work). I have had an MRI of my head an MRA of my head and a year after the first MRI of my head a second one of my head and neck. Herniated disks were found and Physical therapy was done with no relief. Please I am so frusturated> The headache is not always horrible but it is alway there. Never goes away just diminishes here and there.

  • Were you told which type of headache it was, or it's the herniated disc causing it?
