Do you drink enough water daily - pure water at least 8 8oz cups. Do you eat regular meals or do you skip meals? Could be a hypoglycemic episode. Try to eat at least every 4 hours and don't skip meals. How many of these episodes have you had? If they continue please get some blood work done and talk with your doctor. Best wishesDOM

  • Since you are working, if you have insurance go and get some blood work done. It could be from diet (?--did you eat???), dehydration, diabetes, low blood pressure, thyroid, gas fumes, (did they spray for bugs the night before?) or the extreme would be a stroke. See a doctor.

You dont mention about being previously unwell so dont think its too much to worry about. Ive fainted 3 times in my life and was ok. Do u suffer with migraine ? as these things can also happen leading upto headache........If ur really worried see ur doctor ! Hope this helps put ur mind at ease. If there is anything else u hadnt thought to list, do so & someone will try to help you it ! Good Luck.......:) try not to worry as worrying does not help !

  • I agree with the last poster. Most of the time things like this will just be down to something specific to that situation e.g. low blood sugar because you hadn't eaten for a bit, being dehydrated, etc. If it happens again it might be worth asking the Dr about migraines, but it honestly sounds like the kind of one off things happen to most of us at some time. I always think it is a mistake to post somewhere like this if you have something like what happened to you, as you will get people who advise you that you might have a range of scary sounding diseases - when it is extremely unlikely.

Totally agree......... as the Lady/Gent also thought it might be random best not to jump to worse case senario.........also asked if they had any other symptoms that they forgot to list, too do so ! also good place too start if they have any concerns is too see their Doctor rather than worrying them ! If Worrying Helped maybe some Drug Company could bottle it & supply it to all.......! "90% of things people worry about Don't Happen" ! and thats a fact ! Best see ur Doctor ! :) and again i say don't worry !

  • Well, could be something easy like dehydration or needing to eat. Do you have any other symptoms bothering you otherwise? Some people can get a major shift in blood pressure when stand up and it causes fainting feeling. It could either be something you'll have to live with ---or something major causing it. Any personality changes lately, or changes in taste or smell? Were you taking any medications? Certain meds don't mix and can cause problems. Even an antihistamine can cause you to have imbalances like exaggerated hypoglycemia reactions and needing to drink more water than usual. If its still happening and if you don't know why you definitely should seek medical attention. Otherwise, be careful to get the 5 basics or you can have strange things happen in your body by stress: 4-6 glasses water daily (not pop), healthy frequent meals & snacks, 7-8 hours sleep nightly, breaks from work, & fun, "Me time": work on a hobby & have fun friends & times. Those are the basics to me that help yield a happy, healthy individual. Long work hours, not enough water or nourishment, depressing lifestyles, little sleep yield sickly, unhappy people. So, make sure you've got all that going and see a physician to check out the rest. Try an Internist. Take care of your 1 body that you have--its a gift!M
