Hi,

I cannot get a diagnose of my condition. I have seen my doctor and specialist and they cannot really diagnose what I am exactly suffering from.

Any help would be appreciated , thank you in advance, here are my symptoms:

I think I have a primary condition and I think I have a secondary condition that is a reaction to it, I am not too sure on this, but this is what I feel.

Back of my head, it feels like my muscles are tight and at the same time, my face feel warms and in warm temperatures I get facial sweating. Now in warm weather, it is a nightmare, especially on trains/metro, where it gets warm and my face starts to sweat and then my heart races and i profusely sweat, I find it embarrassing and this causes the anxiety. I have taken beta blockers, which cuts out the anxiety and this helps me from sweating profusely, but I still sweat on my face, then under arms and then back/body if it gets bad (if I have not taken beta blockers).

I have had blood tests for, MRI scans and see a Neurologist and everything has come back ok, no issues.

I did not sleep well before, but now I do, when I didn't sleep well, I think it made things worse, so after sleeping well, it was a slight improvement (it all helps).

I have a stuffy/dry nose, most of the time and inferior/loss of smell, though have seen an ENT specialist and all is clear.

I feel if I could get rid of the headache, then this will cure everything else.

Once again, thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Smithy.

  • you probably have hyperhidrosis, i have this but on my hands and feet. on some people it affects the face, head or underarms. i don't think the sweating has anything to do with the sweating.

  • A check for diabtetes, hyerthyroidism and HIV needs to be done to rule these out, as far as the sweating goes. For the headache not sure but both of these can be caused by stress and anxiety.

  • Do your parents sweat like crazy also? Might be hereditary.
