i walked vigorously on the treadmill today for 30 minutes. everytime i walk or do any other kind of cardio exercise i get a pounding headache and my nose runs the whole time. im not heavy (5' 4 1/2" 138 lbs)...just trying to work the flab into a little muscle tone. does this happen to everyone or is it just me? is there any way to prevent it? it doesn't matter what time of day it is, if i ate before or after the exercise or if i have a cold or am healthy. thanks for any answers you may give.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
