My partner gets a headache after he's eaten. It only happens in the evening (around 5-6pm) and when we've eaten quite big meals such as curry, Chinese or stew. He's had a test for diabetes and doesn't have it.
The headache is at the back of his head where the head meets the top of the neck. He gets quite panicky and is worried he might have a cancer at the back of his head.
