  • hI I had something similar I have been diagnosed with migraines and put on topemax then one day I had the worst headache ever the day after I was left with a numb burning swollen feelin gon the left side of my head and I was in complete pain for 2 weeks . The the swoolen and burning went away and I was left with numb and pain for a month . Then just headaches and pain for the next what would be 5 months . I had a bad doctor he finally let me go to a neurolgist who diagoised me with neuralgia its occupional (sp?) . I had an mri too it was clean it does not show nerves in the head . So I am on a new medicine amitriptyline and I have to figure out my triggers food whatever it is . Also i looked up herbal remedies it says passion flower is suppose to be good as is cayenne pepper . I am going to try it soon . I hope this helps

  • MRI only showing anatomical problem,if result is negative maybe symptoms are 'functional'imbalance.I think you have somekind of migraine called tension headache, and the root of your disease is arterial vessel dilatation in your head because serotonin imbalance.Medicine recipies called'lytis cocktail' (mixed low dose minor tranquilizers) can ease your pain, and antimigraine drug will needed too.
