I'm a 21 YO healthy fit male with no previous medical history and no diagnosis for my current case.

I've been suffering for 5 months now from constant off balance feeling and dizziness. I have alrady seen an ENT, had catscans and one MRI done to have my dizziness checked but everything was negative.

I was going through my bills and i got a hint from sumthin so i remembered that my head ( The area above the left ear) was hit against a door ***b. i was in pain for a a bit but then i was ok.

few days later i almost fainted at work and i was taken to the hospital.. I did not even think of hitting my head i just told them ive been feeling dizzy.

till now i feel off-balance when i walk and i hear sounds in my left ear.

Could there be something that has gone not detected throygh the MRI and CATSCANS? because i didn't tell them i had bumped my head at the time? It's been 5 months now and im going crazy cuz they cant find anything wr0ong with me but if i apply pressure aroound my head in the back the area tht got hit feels different and i hear a roaring sound in my left ear everytime i breathe.

can somebody tell me wats in the head area around the left ear?
