I am 37 year old female with previous TIA 3 years ago. On Coumadin for Antiphospho lipid syndrome. Lately have not been feeling so well. My head on right side has pressure and tingling/burning deep inside it, not on skin. I keep becoming lightheaded and feel like fainting. My legs feel like they are going to collapse. The pressure in my head pulsates occaisionally. Also, according to MRI 2 years ago; I have gliosis in the right parietal lobe white matter. Still to this day do not understand the cause for gliosis or exactly what it is. No doctor gives me a clear description or causes. I need to know if this parathesia/pressure/lightheadedness are causes for stroke concern? If and do they sound like the beginning to a stroke? Please need advice. Thank you.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
