I am a 24 year old male. Starting 3 days ago I started getting chest pain and pain and tingles in my left arm/hand. I went to the ER for fear of heart attack as I have chronic high blood pressure. They determined I had high blood pressure, but was not having a heart attack, and really gave no other explanation as to why I was having these pains. Three days later things have gradually gotten worse. I now have this pressure near my forehead and also in the lower back part of my head, almost where the neck meets, I also have pain in the back of my neck up to my head. I have been having shooting pain in my left arm, chest, back, and shoulders. Generally I have aches at times over the rest of my body. I am way more tired than usual and also have a sore throat. I also have been having a problem concentrating.

I used to get Night Terrors as a child and am beginning to have those same kind of hallucinations even when I'm awake. Not sure if they are really hallucinations, because I do know the difference between reality and what I'm thinking at that time, but it still makes me feel like I'm losing control sometimes or going crazy. Sometimes I feel like maybe I am just freaking out and mentally making myself feel like this, as I do have a tendancy to be a worrier.

Like I said I am a worrier and this is starting to get to me. Hopefully someone can give me an opinion.

  • You are worried for a reason. Something is not right and you know it but you cacn't figure it out. I know, been there. Please consider NAET or Bioset therapy as a way to relieve symptoms. I had all of your symptoms and many more and now I don't. It's that simple. You will go to docs and spend a long time and a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ looking for a diagnosis. done that too. The only relief I got in years was after I had Bioset therapy. please consider it. My night terrors began as a child and came back too.I was literally afraid to go to sleep.....more worry. take care... mommy cat

  • Might be a very low magnesium deficiencyI have a lot of things you mentioned apart of hallucinations and I think it's anxiety but I don't want it to be :(I am getting tested for magnesium in 2 weeks because it can produce the same symptoms as you've mentioned and as I've experienced.Good Luck.
