Was really hoping someone could help me!! I have been suffering with paresthesia of the head/face for the last 4 years. The bizarre thing is that it only happens when I'm driving at high altitudes or in a plane. When it does happen it is really scary and I feel as if my head is going to explode and I'm going to die. It really is quite painful. It's as if there is a build up of pressure. I finally had a ct scan and cervical spine xray today. The radioligist showed worrying signs of the x-ray, however he would not say too much. I am freaking out as I have to wait until tomorrow to pick up the results. If there is anyone out there who experiences the same sensation, please post a reply as I am scared out of my wits and don't understand the whole altitude thing :confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
