A few days ago, I had developed severe pain in my neck and all over my head. I have has the same problem approximately 8/9 times in the past 5 years. The doxctor is never able to tell me what the problem is though. I always see an osteopath and am told I must have slept funny or something, however I cannot understand why I keep getting the problem.
It improves pretty quickly with the stronger painkillers from the doctor however I am now worried there is something else wrong.
The day before the pain started I felt quite I'll, nothing I can pin point, I just felt lousy, as if I had flu maybe, ancd my eyes were very heavy. I could've sleep all day. The next day I felt fine, but my neck became stiff and within a few hours was extremely bad, all over my head as well, and a headache above my eyes.
I was unable to flex my head forwards, back was not so bad but forwards was terrible.
All this happened over the weekend, so by the time I saw the doctor it had improved greatly, however I sometimes I don't think they appreciate just how bad I have been. It is so painfull that I look pale and drawn I have been told.
Has anyone experienced this? I cannot see that there is such a simple explanation as it is a reccurrin problem. I want to know that it's not going to come back
Can anyone help me?
