Hi there. I've recently been getting twitching in my left arm, but slightly like pins and needles up my whole arm. This normally happens at night but has become more frequent now. I like working out and don't believe it to be a symptom of the gym or any heart problem. My girlfriend was telling me in the past that it was prob due to dehydration so I would guzzle water in the hope it would go but I don't really know what took it away. Now I have it constantly but at the same time I'm feeling tension/ pressure in the back of my head just where the spine meets the scull. I feels like someone is pushing a finger in there. I don't know if these two things I'm experiencing are related but they are both constant and simultaneous. I eat well, look after myself and drink lots of water and don't have a clue what's going on. Please help as this is driving me a bit mad and ruining my and my girlfriends sleep. ThanksReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
