I do have an appt. on Wednesday but it seems so far away so I thought I might explain what's going on here and see if I can get any useful feedback.

So a couple of days ago I noticed that when I'd urinate, and wipe, there was a brown colored discharge. As the days have passed, the color of the discharge has gone from brown to white but is a lot heavier and is sometimes so thick it's almost sticky? Along with this, I've been experiencing constant lower abdominal pain that feels a lot like menstraul cramps. (and I'm not due for my period for another two weeks) I've been very tired and feel the need to urinate a lot but there hasn't been any burning at all, except a little sting on the outside maybe once or twice but nothing too bad.. (I also took an at home UTI test and it came back negative) Also, today I've noticed that I have a really sore feeling on the left side of my upper abdomen, right below my rib cage. And as some background information, it's not pregnancy, I'm almost 100% positive, I've been with the same partner for two years and we've both been tested so it's not an STD, it's also not a UTI or bladder infection since I've already tested and I was also on an antibiotic about two weeks ago.

Any ideas of what this could be?

  • to me it sounds as if you have a problem with Candida Albicans both intestinal and othervise..Just my guess after doing a lot of research on problems with yeast,.It can occur after antibiotic treatment or birthcontrol it seems.but do some research on the net and check it out with your doctor.good luckOJ

  • How old are you? As I got older, this is exactly what I experience with ovulation. Sounds like you noticed it two weeks before your period. Our bodies change SO much as we get older. I never understood when women would tell me they knew exactly when they ovulate, now I do. The cramping and discharge is normal, so I hope that's all it is.

  • Please post an update about what your doctor said. I had same thing, sounds like a little cyst bursting.
