Hi I hope someone reading this can provide more info or perhaps you have similar symptoms.
It started about 10 months ago, I would get pain in my hand from right/left clicking on a mouse for the first couple of hours of my day. The pain got worse and went up both sides of my arm. The pain then became more consistent and would occur even if I wasn't using a mouse (playing video games that require a lot of clicking, over usage of lifting objects, etc.) The pain feels like its originating deep inside my hand in between my fingers and below my thumb.
I've had an MRI & EMG, neither showed anything.
I had my wrist and fingers imobolized in a split for 5 weeks. I still felt the pain off and on but it felt like stiffness pain. Once I got out of the split and got full mobility of my hand back (about a month ago) the pain came back just as it was before.
My hand has a strong discoloration, it's much more red then my left hand and using it for small amounts of time causes it to look bruised, almost as if it's dying. The pain comes and goes, it's not consistent for 24 hours per day, but when it hurts it is unbearable.
Any info/help would be appreciated. Thanks.
