I have had this pain in my Hamstring area for about 4 years now. First, it wasnt too bad, it only hurt when I sat or stood for a long period of time, and when I stretched it, it would go away. But now, the pain is constant, no matter what I do, it is always in pain and I can not even sit in a chair with both feet on the floor anymore, I have to have the painful leg elevated in some way. The pain has also spread to my leg/hip joint, and sometimes my knee. I've been to the doctor about 3 times for this and all he has done is prescribe pain killers and tell me to stretch, which I do every single day. Any one have any ideas? or maybe even a starting point?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
