For about a week I've been experiencing a pain/tightness in my hamstrings if I try to bend over or straighten my legs (other than when I'm standing up straight). This tightness occurred, to my knowledge, out of nowhere. Before this I was able to touch my palms to the ground without bending my knees. The pain/tightness stayed the same throughout my hamstrings for the week but just recently it seems to be spreading to my hips. No other noticeable/new symptoms, however.
