I have a 60 year old patient presenting with hairy tongue, unilateral conjunctivitis and umblical fistula. She has had these symptoms in the past 6 months despite of being treated with various antifungal and antibiotics. She has also a huge nodule in her thyroide, for which she has never undergone any tests. At the time being she can only eat watery food due to the severe pain in her mouth.
