I am a 20 year old female experiencing hair loss for the past year. It is significantly more in the winter and less in the summer. Also accompanying the hair loss is tingling and prickling on my head, feet, and hands. My dermatologist said it's probably telugen effluvium, but this is the second cycle in which I am losing so much hair by the clumps. Also, some hairs are thinner than others and some even change color and lose color completely. I have seen so many doctors: endocrinologists, dermatologists, neurologists, primary care physician and none have an answer for me. Please help me!!!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
