Hello, I am girl of age 21, unmarried, just two days before I got my haemoglobin tested I am writting down all the values of it alongwith the ranges. Few of the values are out of the range. I want to know exactly what my report states. I'll be thankfull to you if you kindly reply me at your first.

This is what was written in the whole report. I want to know what exactly it means and what should I do now. Which diet plan should I follow.
