And have lost all faith in Doctors :(
The problem at the moment is my dam heel. It throbs like a beating heart and its now driving me nuts as i've had it now for nearly a year.
Been to the Dr twice about it, was 1st giving Ibuprofen that set my stomach off so could'nt take them so was given it in cream form. Did'nt help the pain continued. The 2nd time at the Dr i saw a different one that sent me to have the heel xrayed ... that came back fine no problems to be seen. Still the pain continues ... its like the dr are grasping at straws and havent a clue whats causing it.
When i wake in the morning i feel like the tin man and have to slide down the stairs by holding onto the hand rails either side. After a few minutes the sharp morning pain fades to a dull ache. I work for only 4 hrs a day and within a hour of being at work my heels off again throbbing like a nutter, and i have to sneak in little sit down rests while no ones looking ( i work in a DIY company so am on my feet for the whole 4 hr)
I've tried just standing on one leg when the heel starts its throbing, but that only seems to elevate the pain to an intense throb till i put my foot back down.
I use to love walking, and with me owning dogs i would walk them for miles. Now i cant do this any more, i've tried but i just suffer when i get home.
I've tried strapping my heel, and at 1st this seemed to help but now it just seems to throb even more when strapped and i cant wait to get the dam thing off.
I just want this pain to go :(:( any ideas, or has anyone else experienced such a problem ?
