  • Have you been seen by a MD or a dentist, your gum issue could be from alot of different things, could be scurvy that is aguired by not eating enough fruits, could also be gingivitis, try brushing your teeth with a soft tooth brush and a good flouride toothpaste for a couple weeks 3 times a day and get a good antiseptic mouthwash, then gradually work your way through mild to hard toothbrush as the gums start to toughen up the swelling and bleeding will subside and if no improvement within 2 weeks get seen by a dentist as they are better to handle dieases and infection of the mouth. Also when you say blistering then you should avoid anything hot as this will increase swelling and inflamation i.e. coffee, hot soups and use the mouthwash after every meal
