I am a 28 year old Asian(Indian), now 2 months post partum, delivered my first baby, had a prolonged labour, was for approx. 3 hours in lithotomy position, now am presenting with groin pain, restricted hip external> internal rotation, can't sit crossed legged due to dull pain in the groin. Doctors are unsure of whats happening with the hip as X rays are normal, ultrasound left hip shows mild joint effusion, i am on mild ant
