Basically for the last 3+months i have had this constant ache/tingling feeling in my right groin/right inner thigh which stops just past the kneecap area.

The pain can also go to a very sharp pain, i notice this if i do walking/ standing for long periods.

THe ache/pain can vary from right groin to right leg or both most of the time, however the strange thing is there have been occasions where the right groin/leg ache/pain has stopped and has moved over, but the majority of the pain usually stays in the right side.

the pain started end of november 2009, im pretty sure the pain started around the time i did heavy squatting for the first time, i only did them once, and they felt awkward to do, there was no immediate pain, so this is why i am unsure if this is related to the squats, however would make sense.

THere is no visual signs of pains, have had urine tests and am currently awaiting blood test results, my doctor is going to refer me to a hip specialist as they are unsure of what the problem is.

also to note, on weekends now all i do is stay in bed and rest my leg, the pain will go to a very very light ache, so rest does seem to help, but monday to friday i work so have to commute meaning i walk at least a mile a day, and this is when the pain can get really severe.

Thanks in advance for any advice, can provide more info if needed

Michael
