Please help me,

I had a right inguinal hernia repair six years ago and have had pain and discomfort ever since. Recently I have been suffering a huge amount of pain in the repair site, much more than normal, it is a constant aching with constant shooting pain (like nerve pain) down the right side into my scrotum. The groin feels full (like there is something in there that shouldn't be). It hurts so bad, the doctor says he cannot detect a hernia, I am currently taking Omeprazole, Naproxin and Cocodamol for a completely different condition but the pain is just so unbearable.
