Green Diarrhea

I've had a very dark green, almost black diarrhea for about 4 days. It started soon after I ate some fish that came frozen and I thawed it in my sink under warm water. I may not have cooked the fish very well, and so I think I may have some sort of food poisoning, but I'm not sure. I do not have a fever, and other than the dark green/black diarrhea and abdominal cramps at times, I feel okay. I started taking acidophilus capsules today in order to replenish my flora, but I don't know if that is a good thing to take at this point. Any suggestions?
