This morning my 4 yr old grand daughter woke up with swelling around the eyes and a blue tint around her eyes and wrists.....no trouble breathing and no specific pain anywhere. My daughter took her to the emergency room and was told after a cursory exam that my grand daughter had a cold and that change in skin color was normal for a 4 yr old with a cold.
This just seems bizzare. Any ideas out there?
