Can you help?
I am a 40 year old, otherwise healthy male. I work in relatively stressful environment. Have no bad habits, no smoking, drugs or excessive drinking.
About 5 years ago, I have had 2 arthritis 'attacks' from a type of arthritis which is brought on by another infection, in my case a severe stomach infection.
Ever since then I have experienced a very gradual loss of flexibility. Almost not noticeable but continuous. I battle to reach my toes even though I do one on one sessions of Pilatus twice a week.
The first symptoms where back pain and loss of flexibility in my back (which a chiro sorted with short term effects) but it is gradually moving throughout my body.
I am not always in pain but seem to have more muscle pain than my wife and or friends. But I am definitely losing flexibility.
