My wife has been have dizzy spells for almost a year. The spells have had differing degrees of severity.Symtoms include a pressure on the top of head and behind eyes when turning head from left to right and climbing stairs. While driving she would come to stop but things around her appeared to still be moving. A couple of times she had the sensation of almost blacking/passing out. E.N.T. says there is nothing wrong with her ears. Neurologist says it is not a neuro problem but had MRI done to prove his point. MRI came back normal . All three doctoors can not give us a dirrection to pursue. My wife is a proffessional driver and has not been behind the steering wheel for 6 months.
