I feel your pain because I can relate to it. Constipation has always been my close companion. I've been suffering from it all my life, it seems to be getting worse with age (I'm a 44 year old female). I've also considered stopping eating and going on a fruit juice diet since that's the only way I can go to the bathroom. I can't do that right now because I'm in school and it's really hard to study when you have hunger pangs. Nothing really seems to work but I believe loosing your peristalsis could be the problem. It was in my case four years ago. Go the health food store or talk to an herbalist to find ways to restore your peristalsis. I know cascara segrada mixed with some cleansing powder (I cannot for the life of me remember the name) helped me immensely. It pulled out a lot of mucous that was sitting in my colon and allowed everything (fiber, water etc) to work effectively. I will remember you in my prayers. It's good to know other people have my prpblem. I've never met anyone in person who has this problem; no one understands what I'm going through, no one sympathizes!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
