I was out and when i started to jog back to the bench both of my hands curled up and my face streched to the side. And it was uncontrollable. It lasted 5 seconds about. And just yesterday i was playing video games, and i stood up and my hands curled and i made that same face, and i could not control it. These events have happen many times to me over the years, and its when i get up too fast or im relaxing and i do a sudden movement. The doctor said it was a focal seizure, so i had a bunch of nuero tests done on me but they all came out negative. I am convinced you and I have the same problem. Were you ever diagnosed??? and if so could you please help me out.Thank you for your time.

  • Hi, Im currently 15 but turning 16 in two months and I also think I have the same thing, but I have had this thing for almost five years. The longest time that I remember having them was when I was in the fifth grade. Nobody knew that I had this because I don't remember it ever happend in school or maybe it did but I don't remember anyways when I was in eighth grade I had to read some paper that we had to do, in front of the class. When I was standing in front of the class I started to read a minute later I don't know what I did but the same thing happen to me, my hand curled and I also made a weird face and i could'nt controll it and lasted 5 or 6 seconds, I was really embarresed. Also when someone calls me and I'm sitting down and relaxed or even standing up it also happens to me.This thing also happens to me throught the years but over time I found ways to for it not to happen every time I get up of move to fast. If you know any thing about this please someone write a comment. P.S When this thing is going to happen to you, do you feel it coming or does it just happen?Because when this happens to me I know when its coming, like two or three seconds before.
