Getting injured easily

Ever since a couple of years ago, I have had various "vague" symptoms. One of them is getting sports injuries very frequently. I used to go months without having to take a day away from playing sports, but am now triggering minor things (e.g. muscle/tendon soreness) in various places throughout the body on a weekly basis. There is nothing to suggest that this is postural or otherwise related to sports medicine; I have made lots of visits to physical therapists and had normal bone/muscle scans.

I also have heightened skin sensitivity to scratches (something like dermatographia), leading me to believe that this might be some increased inflammatory response to stimuli/injuries.

Is there a name for this condition? Any ideas as to what it might be? Keywords I can use in searches?

Thanks! :)
