Hi. My 1 week daughter born with her jaw misplaced - there is a difference between the height of her right and left distances between the bone extremeties of her jaw and the skull . Besides that it seems that the bone is not completely simetric. Her tongue has the same angle distortion of the jaw.

Besides that her right arm is underdeveloped and a little bit shorter than the left one and her 2 middle fingers of the right hand, when she was born, came "glued" to the palm of her hand.

Abdominal ecography showed every organ OK and encephalic ecography is unconclusive.

Can anyone help me to find some hypothetic diagnosis of my daughter?

Thank you.

  • Without knowing more, you need to find a very good geneticist to make sure that your daughter gets the best care. Yes, it is possible she may have a genetic syndrome. A geneticist can help you sort out what's going on
